Kids Creek Care Micromural Projects

Our Southwest Santa Rosa Kids Creek Care Micromural Project provides youth with art lessons combined with outdoor watershed ecology and hydrology educational modules to engage youth with their local streams, then paint micro murals illustrating local habitats.

These murals will be permanent installations along riparian trail areas in the Roseland Creek watershed.  Our innovative educational and art project encourages learning that engenders change toward an enduring watershed stewardship ethic throughout the southwest Santa Rosa Area.

This learning is designed to foster artistic creativity while also engaging youth in stewardship learning to help connect youth to their home watershed.

Stay tuned to view photos of murals being created by the students here in April, 2023
